- Go to RTO website and download the form 26.
- NOC from the bank, if you purchased the vehicle on loan.
- Three copy of form 26
- Xerox copy of driving license, insurance and emission test paper.
- Submit all documents at the RTO office.
- Pay the required amount for duplicate RC book.

- Before applying for a duplicate RC book, the vehicle owner must give a written complaint to your nearest police station.
- Go to the Parivahan Sewa website and fill the application form with the information of written complaint to police station and vehicle insurance.
- Pay the required fee online.
- It generates the receipt, you need to take a print along with the required document as mention below.
- Submit at the RTO office.
Required document for duplicate RC book online:
- FIR original copy
- Attested PUC copy
- Attested copy of vehicle insurance policy
- A challan will be issued to you that says your RC book is lost.
- Attested copy of Adress proof
- Attested copy of PAN
- Affidavit stating that RC is lost and has not been impounded.
